Every Indian home has its own kadha recipe. Ours is based on the AYUSH-recommended Tulsi-Dalchini-Sonth-Kalimirch blend, with added Mulethi and Giloy for a smoother taste.
Just boil a teaspoon in water for 5 minutes, strain, add jaggery or honey — done.
