7-day returns
Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your product arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the item.
Opened products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund timelines
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
